I made an appointment for an oil change at 8 AM today. I arrived at 7:45 AM and they were not finished on my my oil change on my RAM 2500 3/4 ton gas truck until 10:15AM. I feel 2.5 hours is to long when you make an appointment for the oil change and no other repairs were made at that time.
