My husband bought his 2023 sublime metallic Challenger Wednesday the 28th of May 2025. We had the best experience we had ever had with a dealership. Our sales lady was charlee. Love, love her. Craig the Sales Manager needs to be trained immediately on how to speak with customers who are trying to purchase a vehicle or negotiate pricing. This Sales Manager was very loud, unprofessional with a customer, belittled, talking reckless, and just walking away causing a scene over negotiating a price for a truck. As a company this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Salemen never calls me back. Sales manager told me that the price would be lower within few days. I called back he said no price change. He showed me no interest, not important in making a deal. Yelling at me, this was unprofessional and bullying. More interested in just moving on to next customer.After all that, he walked off with other Salemen watching Friday afternoon March 28,2025.

When I bought my vehicle from them 5 years ago, they wouldn't call me back to fix an issue they caused. Now, the Kim's dealership family won't stop calling and emailing me trying to buy or sell me something.
